How does layaway work in Naddaf Suite?
Create the sale, mark it as layaway and enter the deposit. Each time the customer pays, record the payment. The balance, progress and payment history update right away, and when the last payment is in you mark it complete and paid.
Can my customer see their layaway balance?
Yes. Send them their invoice link by text or email. It shows what they bought, every payment so far and the balance left, and it works on any phone.
Can I see all open layaways at once?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the total layaway balance and the number of open layaways, and you can filter your invoices to just layaways.
Can I charge a layaway fee?
Yes. Add it as a line on the sale, or set it up once as an extra fee in Settings so it’s one tap to add.
Does it work for stores that aren’t furniture?
