Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026

1. Who we are

Naddaf Suite (the "Service") is provided by Naddaf Solutions ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between us and the business or person who creates an account ("you"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at hello@naddafsuite.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• To keep using the Service after the trial, you subscribe for $39 per month (plus any applicable taxes). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Payments already made are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we will ask you to update your card. If it is not fixed, access may be paused until it is.
• If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

4. Your data

Everything you enter (customers, invoices, products, payments and other records) is your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. We do not sell it. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' information and for using it lawfully, including any messages you send them through the Service.

You can export your data while you have access. After your account is closed, we may delete your data. Ask us at hello@naddafsuite.com if you need a copy or want it deleted sooner.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam or harassing messages, store content you have no right to, try to access other accounts or our systems without permission, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. The Service

We work hard to keep the Service available, secure and accurate, and we improve it over time, which can mean changing or removing features. The Service helps you run your business but is not tax, legal or accounting advice; check important numbers with your accountant.

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what these Terms say, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these Terms or do not pay, and we will try to give you notice first when we reasonably can.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

9. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
