Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
- We collect what we need to run your account and your business records, nothing more.
- We never sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't show ads.
- Card payments go through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- You can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted.
1. Who this covers
This policy explains how Naddaf Solutions ("we") handles information in Naddaf Suite: information about you as an account holder, information you enter about your own customers, and information about visitors to naddafsuite.com.
2. What we collect
- Account information: your name, business name, email, phone, address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Your business records: customers, invoices, payments, products, deliveries, expenses and anything else you enter. You control this information; we process it on your behalf.
- Billing: your subscription status and Stripe customer ID. Stripe handles card details.
- Usage and security: sign-in times, and IP addresses for security checks such as limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
- Requests you send us: when you ask for a call, use our layaway calculator’s “email me this plan” or write to us from the website, we keep what you type (such as your name, store name, phone, email and message), the page you used and how you found us, so we can reply and follow up.
- Website visits: simple counts of visits and sign-up steps, using a random ID kept in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this information.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service: store your records, show reports, create invoices and PDFs.
- To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
- To bill your subscription.
- To answer your questions, call or email you back when you ask us to, and tell you about important changes to the Service.
- To understand which parts of the website and app help people get started, so we can improve them.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with services that help us run Naddaf Suite, and only as needed:
- Hostinger hosts our servers and database.
- Stripe processes subscription payments.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.
5. Your customers' information
When you enter information about your customers, you decide what is collected and how it is used. We store it securely, use it only to provide the Service to you, and never contact your customers ourselves. If one of your customers asks about their data, please contact them directly; we will help you respond.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and browser storage for settings such as dark mode and the random visit ID described above. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Security
Every business has its own private workspace. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to your records requires your sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. After an account is closed, we may delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
9. Your choices
You can update your account details in Settings and export your records. To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, email hello@naddafsuite.com. We will answer within 30 days.
10. Children
Naddaf Suite is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
